My journey cannot be quantified by mere numbers - it was priceless and unforgettable. But for those people who enjoy information like I do, this page may be interesting. And for my fellow travelers, hopefully somewhat helpful.

Throughout the entire trip I diligently recorded as much information as I could, including expenses. Everything was kept in a spreadsheet that even accounted for fluctuating exchange rates. However, while creating these charts I realized that it will be difficult for someone to extract any truly useful information from them. That's because there are many factors that have affected these numbers. For example, all the generous people who opened their homes to me along the way, as well as the nights I spent camping affect the cost per night in any given country. But hey, I never intended this to be scientific, just interesting.
